Generator

The current EmLogis product offering, GENERATOR™ is a web-based application. Customers import or create the forecast requirements, pertinent employee profile data and employee availability needed to generate schedules. Employees are empowered by individually entering their preference of days and hours they would prefer to work as well as any they are unavailable to be scheduled. This unique proactive-preference solution delivers tangible benefits. GENERATOR™ is available as a product for local installation or as an on-demand service over the Internet.

Application Architecture

GENERATOR™ utilizes an industry-standard Java Web Application architecture. The Web-based model allows the EmLogis solution to be rapidly and universally deployed and does so with a low total cost of ownership. The Web Application server and database server can be implemented on a single centralized server. Integration is managed through a standard Web services solution using an XML based API for easy import and export to third party systems.
